We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, well appointed, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed to feel completely at home as a family. From the cozy touches to the thoughtful details, everything was designed for comfort and ease. Laurie was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Any question we had was answered right away, and her hospitality truly elevated our experience. If we could give this stay 10 stars, we absolutely would. Highly recommend and would love to return.

The host did an amazing job decorating this beautiful home! It was the perfect setup for the 9 of us that stayed there. We had 2 families so the multiple master bedrooms were key. Plus the built in entertainment was so well thought out... pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, pickleball, board games and fire pit were all used by our crew. It was a very convenient location too. I cannot say enough great things about this amazing rental, including the quick response whenever I had a question!

My family had an amazing stay! Laurie was super responsive and on top of any questions or issues. The location is what we were looking for nice neighborhood, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, and friendly neighbors. The house was everything we could ever need. Each room has its own bathroom with plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities were all as described, and came with plenty of beach chairs. It was particularly easy to use the hot tub with just one button operation. The street was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Only downside was because it was so enjoyable leaving was extra sad for the everyone!

We had a fantastic stay in Sarasota! This place had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The cherry on top was the lovely pool and the doors that opened fully to the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Our weeklong stay with an extended family group of 11 was absolutely perfect! Each couple had their own space complete with bedroom and bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The bed linens are top notch and everything was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked to do any type of cooking and the outdoor kitchen made it super fun to enjoy snacks by the pool. The pool area itself is amazing. Loved being able to control the temperature of the hot tub and the fire pit in the middle is an incredible feature. The property manager is the best and was in contact with us during the week whenever we had a question. Bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels in the kitchen which was super helpful. The washer dryer area was also stocked with washer pods and dryer sheets which was great to keep up with beach towels etc. For anyone looking for a high end rental with ALL the amenities and luxury, this is your place. I am a VRBO host as well and I can honestly tell you this place is worth it in every way. Thanks for an amazing stay! We love Sarasota and the proximity to Siesta Key and Lido Key!!

This brand new house is beautifully appointed with bright pillows/rugs, soft bath/pool towels, board games, spices, Ziploc bags (beyond basic foil/wrap), 6 beach chairs, and toys. A welcome basket of water bottles and pre-cooled AC greeted us. Spacious and perfect for our large intergenerational group—everyone comfortable. Every bedroom has en-suite bath and walk-in closet (some large enough for pack-n-play). Fridge/freezer easily handled our big Walmart stock-up of fresh/frozen food. Oversized washer/dryer and spacious laundry room got heavy use. Property manager Laurie was exceptional—accommodating deliveries, early check-in/out, and super responsive. She even sent a workman on Christmas Eve for a minor plumbing issue. Owners thoughtfully made this first-guest stay truly comfortable. Heated saltwater pool and hot tub were delightful day/night; pool service person lovely. Location near beaches (15-min drive). Minor suggestions: Explain unique plumbing in manual, add local beach/sights info, and include a beach umbrella. We'd love to return! Thank you, Laurie and owners, for a superlative experience!
